- 1 banana
- 225g mango
- 2 oranges
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 2 bananas
- 225g blueberries

- Handful of ice
Mixing all of the ingredients together in a blender until the desired consistency is reached. This easy to follow recipe is recommended with additional flax seeds as this provides Omega-3 to your diet, as many individuals may be lacking this element of nutrition especially if you do not like fish oil derived omega 3.
